Designed for use in the food industry, these tags remind workers to use lockout devices and  procedures to prevent unexpected machine startups during maintenance and repair work while  reducing the risk of contaminating the food. They contain metal and chemical additives that will  set off metal detectors and show up on X-ray machines if they fall into your food processing lines.  They’re also blue with a lockout label on each side, so they’re easy to spot. The labels, however,  are not detectable if they peel or scrape off. Use these tags to help you comply with Hazard Analysis  and Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs for food safety. They’re FDA compliant for direct  contact with food. Made of polypropylene, these tags are durable to withstand repeated use. Write  on them with markers that are for use in the food industry. A large hole makes these  tags easy to hang.
