1. Material of the box is mild steel (CRC IS 513) commercial quality of 18 gauge. 

2. Lock out box: each size 150mm (length) x 200mm (height) x 100mm (depth).

3. 6 boxes in a row and 4 boxes in a column in each cabinet.

4. Overall dimension of each cabinet shall be 930x830x100mmcomprising of 24 boxes.

5. The opening at the center is to be fitted with clear acrylic sheet of 4 mm thickness. SS knobs to pull open, identification of the box is to be painted.

6. The cabinet shall be painted with primer & painted with powder coated grey colour. The finish surface of cabinet shall be smooth with dry film thickness of 40 microns.

7. Each cabinet with 24 nos of safety box to be supplied as one assembled unit.

8. Lock & key: Each box shall have 5 nos. of locks. 4 nos of locks to be different & with noninterchangeable keys. 5th lock should be at bottom and should be identical for all boxes and should open with a common key. All keys should be non-removable from lock in open position. All locks should be supplied with 02 keys.

9. All locks and keys will be with minimum one-year warranty.
